Golf equipment company goes with CallidusCloud

TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, a Carlsbad, California-based manufacturer of golf apparel and equipment, has opted to use CallidusCloud as  its primary sales performance management tool.

The agreement between Callidus and TaylorMade-adidas was signed for the third quarter of 2012, with the software solution being used as a means to drive performance of the golf brand's sales organization.

Commissions are a core part of TaylorMade-adidas's sales initiatives, as they enable the business to prioritize sales of new products and services. The ability to automate various tasks associated with the sales program – such as the calculation and payment of commissions across departments or the development of new plans – will help TaylorMade-adidas save both time and money in the long run.

"With its extensive modeling and analytics capabilities, [CallidusCloud's software solution] provides clear insight into the performance of current plans as well as a highly accurate forecast of future performance," CallidusCloud added in a press release. "Sales operations and finance enjoy significant time and cost savings whilst the sales teams benefit from faster, more accurate and more transparent commission payments."
